Tax Incentive Review Council
Executive Committee
The Tax Incentive Review Council shall consist of the following members: the Mayor of Wauseon, one member of Council as designated by the Mayor, the County Auditor or their designee, the Director of Finance for the City of Wauseon or their designee, a member of the Wauseon Exempted School Board of Education, and two members of the public at large appointed by the Mayor with majority approval of Council; with at least four of the members being residents of the City of Wauseon.
