Charter Revision Commission

The Charter Revision Commission consists of five members, two of which shall be members of Council to be appointed by the majority vote of Council for one-year terms of office; three shall be electors who are not members of Council to be appointed by the Mayor for overlapping three-year terms of office. Each member shall serve without compensation. Terms of members of the Commission shall begin on the first day of July after their appointment.
