Building, Housing & Zoning

This department enforces the city zoning code, building code and the residential  and nonresidential maintenance code. 

The Building, Housing and Zoning Department also performs building inspections. 

This department also receives citizens complaints and/or comments regarding zoning violations and responds with appropriation action.
